Once your order has been processed and shipped, it becomes final and non-refundable.

Do not send any products back to us. All incoming packages will be refused and returned to sender. We do not accept returns for any reason, including unopened or unused items.


⚠️ Post-Shipping Refunds & Replacements

Wolfpac does not issue refunds for any orders that have already shipped.

However, if you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we may offer a replacement at our sole discretion. Each order is documented with photographs before leaving our facility to ensure accuracy and quality.

To request a replacement, you must:

  1. Contact us within 72 hours of delivery

  2. Provide your order number

  3. Submit clear photographic evidence of the issue

If we determine that a mistake was made on our part, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.


🚫 No Returns, No Exceptions
